Our coaching services are based on 20 years of experience both in teaching & research and in coaching high-level executives of large and medium-sized companies at home and abroad.
We offer leadership and strategy coaching and the solution of substantive issues integrating the human component - future- and potential-oriented and not past- and problem-oriented.
The optimization of executives’ leadership behavior and their training in relevant aspects of appropriate people management are based on their specific potentials. Apart from the individual self-assessment of our coachees, we determine potentials these for example through participating observation. Our work in this area often is linked to upcoming career steps or their flanking.

The EFQM Model - SSB Consult as member of core team

SSB Consult was one of only three consulting companies from all over Europe involved in the core team to develop the EFQM Model - and the only one from German speaking countries. We contributed intensively with our huge experience to the development of this new model.

And it goes without saying that we are certified by EFQM as Advisor and Training Organization.
